Storeys
Storeys is a mixed-use, affordable housing tower located in Richmond, BC.
The building features a three-storey podium with retail and community amenity space and a 14-storey tower of affordable rental housing units.
The development provides 129 residential units and supportive services for vulnerable groups including low-income families, seniors and individuals suffering from mental health and addiction issues.
RJC worked with Integra Architecture to create an appropriately durable enclosure that included brick veneer, metal and composite claddings.
