The Duke
The Duke is a 14-storey concrete high-rise rental tower located in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood.
The residential units centre around a large open atrium from level-three to the roof, with a large canvas canopy covering the atrium on the roof.
The surrounding rooftop space provides an accessible terrace for its tenants with lounge areas, feature planters, grass areas and a children’s play area.
The two sides of the building are connected by small concrete bridges at each floor which include bridges and communal areas with decorative planters and benches.
A large 60' tall hanging public art project is featured on one side of the building at the main entrance to the residence.The building also includes a large retail component on the ground level with three levels of underground parking.
