RCMP Surrey Detachment Facility Expansion
This two-storey, 34,000 sq. ft. expansion was completed on time and on budget.
Utilizing concrete flat plate design, RJC maximized the amount of open space for the office floors.
Sunscreens were hung from the roof slab to meet “free” and “light” architectural goals and a glazed walkway link was built to provide access to the existing RCMP facility to the new expansion.
The anti-ram railing and post at ground-level, safeguards the east and west side of the building.
