Park Avenue Towers in Surrey are twin 41- and 42-storey residential towers sitting over five-storeys of underground parking.
Tower columns were carried through the entire height of the tower without transfers to maximize the efficiency of the building structure by eliminating transfer beams or slabs and reducing the overall height of the building structure.
Flat plate parking slabs were used to minimize the floor-to-floor height of the parking and thus the depth of the excavation.
