Southfields Community Centre
This project involves the development of a new community centre.
The facility includes a lap pool, leisure pool, fitness centre, gymnasium, aerobic studio, a space for seniors and multi-purpose rooms.
The building also has shared hub spaces for offices, the Ontario Provincial Police Community Policing Office, a Caledon Public Library Branch, a Montessori kindergarten preschool, and complementary outdoor space.
The gross floor area is 61,500 sq. ft. including a partial basement.
This project is aiming to achieve LEED Silver certification.
