Mark on 10th
The Mark on 10th is a reinforced concrete tower with four-levels of below-grade parking, two-levels of mixed-use space at the podium, and 34-floors of residential space in the tower.
The Mark’s main architectural feature is the penthouse, roof top amenity and lounge space.
Located above the third-floor podium there is also a 17,000 sq. ft. garden for office tenants and residents to enjoy.
A special wind study was undertaken to find a more economical design and control wind related movement for the building.
