Located on a remote island in the Maldives, Patina Maldives merges authentic island life and contemporary elements to create a relaxing destination for visitors from around the world.
Set on land and over water, RJC was engaged by the WoodTek team to provide structural engineering services for over 75 identical luxury detached vacation villas.
The villas structural systems use cross-laminated timber and mass-timber elements.
RJC developed a simple, yet elegant system, that was also economical, capitalizing on the identical nature of the suites.
