The Wave
The Wave is a 28-storey, 320,000 sq. ft. residential tower located in the Surrey City Centre area.
Working with Rize Alliance, the residential tower needed to be architecturally unique and appealing while economical to construct.
RJC provided an efficient structural design that was relatively simple utilizing two unique “typical” floor plates alternated to provide an architectural effect.
A series of transfer beams allowed the parking column layout to be different from the tower layout to maximize the efficiency of the underground parking.
