BCIT SW1 Gateway Renovation & Addition
The BCIT SW1 Gateway project involved a renovation and addition to the existing building.
The original SW1 precast concrete building was modernized to house BCIT’s administration functions.
The original courtyard was roofed over and the exterior walls were upgraded to provide modern standards of comfort and energy control.
This building became BCIT’s first LEED® Gold Certified building.
