The Creek
The Creek is a five tower waterfront complex in Vancouver featuring reinforced concrete construction.
The towers range from 12 to 18-storeys providing over 700 residential unit and parking stalls.
Each tower makes use of an economical design of flat plate slabs and efficient shear walls in the elevator and stair cores.
Special effort was made to limit the cracking and deflection of the residential floor slabs.
To achieve this, RJC used a combination of efficient column layouts, strict construction specifications and sophisticated computing modelling.
