Sarcee Interchange

The interchange at Sarcee Trail and 16th Avenue NW in Calgary was a rewarding project that helped support traffic demands and access to the newly developed Trinity Hills. RJC was the bridge engineer for two new vehicular bridges, an extensive retaining wall, and a new pedestrian underpass. Under a progressive design-assist model, RJC worked with the developer, the City, and the contractor to develop bridge designs optimized for durability, economy, and constructability.
